Javier "Vikul" Milagro has announced his retirement from competitive Call of Duty & has been released from the Miami Heretics.
Vikul's two-year professional career comes to a close after competing in the amateur circuit since 2019. Notably, he competed with Thomas "Scrap" Ernst, Charlie "Hicksy" Hicks, and Mohak "MohaK" Kumar on the Ultra Academy in the Vanguard season. The Spaniard originally joined the Florida Mutineers at the beginning of Modern Warfare 2, before moving to Miami Heretics when the organization went full Spanish.

Vikul has confirmed that he will be continuing his studies in Mathematics & returning to the University this year. He thanked the community "for the experiences, friendships, lessons, and memories that will stay with me for a lifetime" and that he "achieved my kid’s dream to become a Call of Duty professional player at the highest level".
The Heretics came into the season with a five-man roster, signing David "RenKoR" Isern early in the offseason. Heading into the opening weekend of the CDL, the Miami Heretics roster now consists of:
