Sender has had a long tenure as a coach within the Call of Duty League. Starting in 2019, Troy coached the Chicago Huntsmen during Modern Warfare 2019. He moved with the organization to OpTic Chicago and OpTic Texas before leaving the team in 2022. Sender helped OpTic win three championships (2 homestands in MW, Major 1 in VAN) in the three seasons as a coach.

After leaving OpTic Texas, Sender joined New York Subliners going into Modern Warfare 2 for the 2022-23 season. The squad would hit the ground running, winning the first Major of the season. They'd finish the year winning Major 5 and COD Champs back-to-back to cement one of the greatest Call of Duty Leagues seasons. Following the great MW2 season, New York only managed to win Major 4 in Modern Warfare 3 and finished 2nd at COD Champs.
