The Las Vegas Legion has officially announced their starting roster for Modern Warfare 3. The team will start Dillon "Attach" Price, Dylan "Nero" Koch, Eli "Standy" Bentz, and rookie Purj.
After failing to make Champs in the previous season, the Legion would make major changes in the offseason. Longtime player Donovan "Temp" Laroda and veterans Thomas "TJHaly" Haly & James "Clayster" Eubanks would all depart the franchise.
In their place, the roster will be headed by veteran AR Attach, who departed the Minnesota Rokkr after three seasons. Attach finished last year with a 1.02 overall KD and 1.04 respawn KD during MW2. He is joined by an SMG duo of Nero & Standy. Both play with a high pace and should give the Legion strong play in all three modes.
Rounding out the roster is the rookie AR Purj. Notably, he won Challengers Champs in MW2 and a 4th place finish at CDC Texas. Purj finished as the #17 Challengers Player of MW2 in the Breaking Point rankings, the 7th highest NA-rated player. He will bring strong play to the Legion, highlighted by his 1.24 KD at Challengers Champs.
With the League talent closer than ever, the Legion will have every chance to do well this season and qualify for Champs for the first time since every team attended in 2020.
