OpTic Texas has announced the release of Kenneth "Kenny" Williams from their starting roster. In his place, the team has signed Cesar "Skyz" Bueno, who was recently benched by LA Guerrillas M8. The move from LA to Texas has become official today, solidifying the roster for Major II.

OpTic has struggled over Stage II, going 1-6 in the qualifiers and placing Top 8 in the Minor after only beating Vegas Falcons. They went on a historic 18-map loss streak that was broken only on Sunday night against the Guerrillas M8. This move is a curious one in terms of timing, as the team will now go into Major II with no practice and doing a ring ceremony for last year's World Championship, which includes Kenny.

The first match for the new-look OpTic Texas will take place on Friday at 4:30 pm EST. The roster for OpTic Texas is now:

○ Brandon "Dashy" Otell
○ Amer "Pred" Zulbeari
○ Cesar "Skyz" Bueno
○ Anthony "Shotzzy" Cuevas-Castro
○ Damon "Karma" Barlow (Coach)
○ JohnPaul "JPKrez" Krez (Coach)
