MajorManiak Joins The Florida Mutineers

The Florida Mutineers are making moves to push for Champs. Today, after being officially released by the Minnesota RØKKR, MajorManiak joins the Mutineers. Yesterday, Vivid being released by the team. According to reports from Crone, Florida have been trialing SMG players, with the most recent one being Challengers player 2ReaL.

With this move, Major will be replacing Davpadie, who has been playing in Challengers in recent weeks.

MajorManiak was benched by RØKKR after Major 2, when he was replaced by Havok. Throughout the first two stages of the Vanguard season, Major maintained a 0.99 overall KD. Surprisingly, his highest individual game mode KD came in Hardpoint, where he held a 1.02. In recent months, he has been playing in Challengers. A few weeks ago, he won the $75,000 Toronto Challengers Open Event, alongside Neptune, Brack, and 2ReaL.

In recent content released by the organization, Florida has echoed the ongoing need for leadership and SnD prowess on the team. They may be looking for MajorManiak to create better consistency within the team. The entire Florida roster has been inconsistent. They currently sit in 10th place with 110 CDL points, 10 points behind the LA Thieves in 8th. The new roster will consist of Skyz, Owakening, MajorManiak, and if rumors are to be believed, 2ReaL.
